HOW I CAN HELP

Clarity, connection, clinical care

Individual Therapy

I offer a compassionate and collaborative space to explore what’s weighing on you—whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or a deeper sense of feeling lost or disconnected. Together, we focus on building insight, developing practical coping strategies, and reconnecting with your values and inner resilience.

My approach is mind-body informed, which means we pay attention, not only to your thoughts and emotions, but also to how stress lives in the body. Therapy sessions are personalized to your needs, pace, and goals—providing a calm, grounded place for growth, reflection, and healing. I utilize a strengths-based framework, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help reframe unhelpful thoughts, mindfulness-based strategies to calm the nervous system, somatic awareness, a narrative approach to aid in developing self-agency, and grounding techniques to support emotional regulation.

Whether you’re navigating uncertainty or simply ready to feel more at peace, individual therapy can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Psychiatric Evaluations

Psychiatric evaluations are one of the most important parts of preparing for bariatric surgery. My role is not to judge, but to support your success. These assessments help ensure you’re mentally and emotionally ready for the changes ahead and identify any tools or resources that can help you thrive long-term.

I offer compassionate, thorough, professional evaluations that meet surgical program requirements, while creating a supportive space to explore your goals, mindset, and readiness. My evaluations explore mental health history, current coping strategies, eating behaviors and patterns, and your understanding of the surgical process ahead.

You’ll receive clear feedback, timely documentation, and thoughtful guidance and recommendations—so you feel confident and empowered on your journey to better health.

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for LICSW candidates working toward licensure in Massachusetts and LCSW candidates working toward independent licensure in North Carolina. My supervision style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in clinical integrity—with a strong focus on developing your confidence, clinical judgment, and professional identity.

Whether you’re navigating complex cases, ethical dilemmas, or just looking to grow as a clinician, supervision is a space to reflect, gain insight, and strengthen your skills. I bring a mind-body-informed lens to our work, integrating practical tools with thoughtful exploration of your role, strengths, and challenges.

Supervision sessions are structured yet flexible, designed to meet your needs and help you progress confidently toward licensure and beyond.
