ABOUT

Welcome—I'm Jessica Delisio, LICSW (MA), LCSW (NC), an independently licensed clinical social worker with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, or a general sense of feeling lost or disconnected. My clinical approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a deep respect for each individual's unique story, honoring the connection between emotional and physical well-being. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
In addition to individual therapy, I also offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for bariatric surgery candidates—a service I’m especially passionate about, having undergone bariatric surgery myself in 2017. I also offer clinical supervision for social workers seeking licensure or professional growth. Supporting fellow clinicians is a meaningful part of my practice, and I strive to provide a collaborative, reflective space to deepen clinical skills and confidence.
Originally from just north of Boston, I relocated to coastal North Carolina in 2023, bringing with me not only years of professional experience but also a love for the outdoors, being near the water, and running. I’m a proud mom of three—including a set of twins—which continually deepens my understanding of the joys and challenges of family life.
If you're considering therapy, I invite you to reach out. It would be an honor to support you in your journey toward greater balance, healing, and growth.
